If you really want to cut down on drunk driving, any time someone blows 0.08, confiscate the car and take it to the nearest junkyard with a chipping mill and recycle it while the drunk watches. then sentence them to a one year license suspension for a first offense - any subsequent offense would result in a lifetime suspension.

Any arrests for driving without a license during this period to result in a sentence of one year in jail and subsequent arrests would result in a five year sentence........Politicians at all levels would not have immunity.

Persons loaning a vehicle to someone with a suspended license would lose their vehicle in the same manner as if they had driven drunk.
